Ground Floor: 

Kitchen: There is a small but well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier (dishwasher and washing tablets provided).

Lounge: The comfy lounge has patio doors to the garden. A cosy room in which to relax and watch a film, play or enjoy a family meal at the dining table. There is a 40″ television with Free-View, TalkTalk TV with pay-per-view films etc. and children’s package and bluetooth speaker. There is also a selection of toys and games, puzzles and books for both children and adults.

Cloakroom: WC with hand basin.

First Floor: 

Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms each with zip-link hotel style beds (giving the option of one king-size or two 2’6″ singles) and a wardrobe with ample hanging space and drawers. Each bedroom has room for a cot (or two at a push). There is also a hairdryer in each bedroom.

Bathroom: The slylish bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a bath with thermostatically controlled rain shower (with hand-held rinsing attachment) over, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside: There is a fully-enclosed pebbled garden to rear with a large decked area. Table and chairs for outside dining, deck chairs, a parasol and a Weber gas barbecue. There is off-road parking for two cars right outside the front door. Rock Lobster also has a shed for secure storage of bikes, buggies, boards etc..

The sandy beach and a few shops are 5 minutes walk away. The Owl pub and Dunes Bar are also about 5 minutes walk.

Guests can arrive anytime after 3pm (an earlier arrival is sometimes possible), the access key is in a key safe at the property.

Welcome tea/coffee tray with homemade jam & fresh scones, hotel quality bed linen, fluffy towels and toiletries are provided.

Families with babies and young children are most welcome. Baby equipment provided includes cots, highchairs, stair gates, steam steriliser, socket covers, baby listening monitor, non-slip bathmat, toddler step, baby books and toys, plastic tableware and beakers, insulated cool box and freezer blocks, wind-break, garden toys and more. Dogs are welcome, our furry canine friends even get their own welcome gift! Dogs are allowed on the beach all year round and have unrestricted access from October until the beginning of May, but even in the summer there is plenty of space for your dog to run and dig!
